Someone could assist you in reorganizing the unused area on your MSi Laptop. The problem seems linked to a recovery partition between the C drive and available space. You've already tried Disk Management, diskpart commands, and third-party tools. Please share the image if it helps clarify the situation.

Usually you remove the recovery disk and then enlarge the storage device. If it's a brand new setup, simply reinstall Windows.

You face issues dividing storage while the system uses it, or you create a new partition that requires a reboot for the operating system to update its layout.

It was the standard setting when I received the laptop. I only changed it by copying it to an SSD and swapping out the 5400RPM hard drive.
