After configuring the admin and user credentials for BIOS on your Asus laptop and restarting, I can no longer access BIOS. Pressing F2/F10/DEL prompts for a password. When I provide it, it redirects to Windows instead of BIOS. I’m certain the password is correct, but entering an incorrect one triggers an error message. This hasn’t happened before—it’s really confusing. Any suggestions? EDIT: I resolved it by using ESC to navigate to the boot selection menu after entering the BIOS password during startup, then removing the passwords. My thought is the problem might be that both admin and user passwords are identical.
