I hear the system starting up in Windows, but I see a black screen. I need help—I’m an AMD user and this upgrade seems simpler for me.

Ensure there is a CMOS reset 3-pin module or button; refer to your manual. If not, remove the CMOS battery for 5-10 minutes and attempt to boot again. It should work.

5-10 minutes? hahahahaha
Disconnect your PC from power entirely and remove the CR2032 BIOS Battery. After that, wait roughly 20 seconds...30 to 60 seconds if needed...your BIOS settings should be gone now 😄
5-10 minutes will still be fine too.
5-10 days should also work

5-10 minutes should be fine, right? Just disconnect your PC from power and remove the CR2032 BIOS Battery. Wait a few seconds—about 20 to 30 or even 60 if you're patient... Your BIOS settings should disappear now.
Also, 5 to 10 days will work just as well.
Leftover electricity in the capacitors can keep the CMOS active for a short time even after the PC is unplugged.

emptying caps connected to BIOS isn't that time-consuming
😀

Recognized, but I prefer considering the most adverse situation when proposing a fix. The other side will likely argue that removing CMOS doesn't resolve the issue.

To empty the caps, disconnect your PSU from the power source, remove the bios battery if it's not visible, press the power button – this clears everything, wait 30 seconds then insert the battery – bios will be cleared. If you locate the BIOS jumper, you don't need to remove the battery; just shift it briefly and return it to its original place.
