So I made a stupid move and bought a 7800x3d and decided it would be fine to pair with my Geforce 1070 until I saved up to buy a new GPU (planned on buying the 5070 ti but we all know how that turned out...) I'm now waiting on 9070 xt restocks but does anyone have any recommendations for a budget card I could purchase in the mean time? The only games I seem to be able to play without bottleneck crashing are League and CS2 and those are getting pretty old at this point. Would a RX 6600 xt or rx 7600 work? Really anything unbelievably cheap would be best, as long as I can play stuff without crashing for the time being. Second hand off jawa works too. Thanks for the help!

You're referring to a potential delay in the restock of 9070 XT. The current supply is strong, and they assure ongoing availability. Regarding "bottleneck crashing," it likely means a sudden halt or slowdown in production due to a critical constraint.

Running Rainbow 6 causes your GPU to hit high usage levels, often reaching 100% during crashes, followed by brief blackouts before returning to normal. You think your CPU is stronger and handling the load, but there might be another factor at play. Any other ideas could help?

This shouldn't occur even with a less powerful GPU. That's not the usual way 'bottlenecking' happens. It's definitely not something I've ever encountered or seen before. When the screen fades to black for a brief moment, does the game stop or keep running?

This GPU is expected and perfect. It’s not working well here, which means some fixes are needed. Can this GPU run on another computer? What’s the overall condition of the remaining PC? Is the Windows setup brand new? No, this isn’t the usual way it should function.

The game stops working, but other functions remain operational.

It functioned properly before I upgraded my CPU, motherboard, and RAM. Only the "Marvel Rivals" game crashed, even though an 1070 wasn't listed in the minimum requirements. I cleared all storage drives and reinstalled Windows 11 since its end-of-life was in October. I have 32 gigabytes of 6200 MHz CL30 DDR5 RAM, running at 6000 MHz in BIOS—could this be the problem? Thank you for your support and advice.
