You're facing issues with your laptop's boot process. It seems the system is freezing during the logo flash, which could indicate a hardware or firmware problem. I've tried various storage solutions and Linux distributions without success. The attached image shows the flashing symbol before the freeze. Have you checked the BIOS/UEFI settings for any errors or corrupted entries? Also, ensure your power supply is stable and consider testing with a different USB port.

1. Prepared the flash drive for use.
2. Connected the flash drive to the computer.
3. Initiated the data transfer process.
4. Monitored the progress of the transfer.
5. Completed the upload of files.
6. Verified the integrity of the transferred data.

The initial issue only mentions a missing write cache, which can be disregarded. Reducing the splash from Grub may reveal the actual problem area. For more details on this Fedora guide, visit the provided link for instructions on troubleshooting.

I tried to install Linux on my laptop using Balena Etcher multiple times, following the same steps each time. I tested different distributions like Mint, Manjaro, and Kubuntu, and checked the checksums of the ISO files consistently. I also used various flash drives and even changed USB ports during the process. I considered possible issues with my laptop’s USB port or the flash drives, and disabled the quiet splash screen to see if it affected the installation. I attached a video showing the hangup when the splash was turned off. Thank you for your help!

Consider using the link provided for guidance. Ensure you target the right drive by checking with lsblk before running commands.

General protection error occurred while accessing system memory. There might be an issue with the RAM module. Begin by performing a memtest on the computer. If successful, further investigation can be conducted for other causes.

Device has restarted 50% of the test process. It will diagnose the issue, identify the faulty component, and inform you of the outcome.
