You have a Ryzen 7 5700X CPU, RX 6600, and 32 GB RAM. You're running modern titles like Rust and Valorant smoothly at around 700 FPS, but a 2D flash game called Transformice isn't working properly despite showing stable FPS numbers. Someone can help you troubleshoot this issue—this is your first post here, so I hope you get a helpful response.

Based on a quick check, it seems your PC doesn’t match the expected specs. However, the details about the problem and your usage are missing. It’s unlikely this is due to browser compatibility since Flash isn’t supported for a while now. If you’re using it, some users report better performance with Firefox compared to Chrome. The same discussions suggest the main trouble usually comes from server-side issues or network problems.

All players in the game use a Flash standalone, yet none of the available versions function properly. I have optical fiber internet and a stable ping, suggesting the issue isn’t my connection. If the problem lies on the server side, consider steps to reduce or remove lag.

Nothing. The thread I read was from 2018 and multiple people noted server-side lag to be problem. Only devs can control that. As for Flash performance. It was never meant to be used with as powerful components as what you have. The engine just can't take advantage from the computing power. Assuming its server-side, you are just waiting server to process requests.

Adjusted the monitor refresh rate to 120hz for better performance, but spikes still cause noticeable jitter compared to 144hz. Attempted to cap FPS with RTSS, but it didn<|pad|>'s work.

I understand it seems easy for most but I'm the one struggling. I need to figure out what's causing it and find a solution.
