You need a laptop with at least 8GB of RAM but currently have only 3GB. You tried using a desktop with Windows 7, which requires more than the available storage on your 32GB device. Let me know if you need advice on alternative solutions or installation steps. Thanks!!!

File size is quite limited for Windows. Also, Windows 10 runs better on a 16GB SSD.

I understand this needs more than 8 for a 64-bit system, but your HP Stream has only 32GB. The Media Creation Tool is asking for 8 gigabytes on the C drive, which is your laptop's storage.

You're asking about the purpose of this process. It appears to be setting up an installer, but the system has issues that can't be easily resolved. Make sure hibernation is turned off and run a space usage check.
