I’m experiencing an issue potentially caused by Unreal Engine 4. I've exhausted all troubleshooting steps. When attempting to launch *Ancestors of Humankind: The Odyssey* or *Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order*, the same problem occurs. The game freezes at the startup screen and then crawls towards the main menu, taking several minutes. During this period, I can still hear the music and controller clicks, but the image remains static while I navigate the menu – it jumps sporadically after each selection. Additionally, you’re utilizing an older version of Windows 10. Build 10586—essentially build 1511—is significantly outdated; I still use 1903 due to my preference for waiting until all recent issues are resolved before upgrading. For example, I experienced freezes and crashes in Wolfenstein Youngblood and Gears 5 immediately after updating to 1903, a release that was only recently launched. However, a subsequent cumulative update addressed these problems for me. Build 1511 debuted back in early 2016, so upgrading to a more current version is highly recommended.

Furthermore, ensure your graphics driver is at least version 19.11.2, the one released for support of Jedi Fallen Order and compatible with R9 200 series cards. This driver was issued less than three months after A: THO’s launch, suggesting it should function effectively with the game.

Two games are pirated from codex. I am from Croatia so it is legal to steal here. I use logitech controler with xbox driver. All other games work perfectly, only these two freeze, and slow down to two frames per minute in the same way with normal sound.
It is a same glitch.
I blocked windows update because it goes in a restarting loop when it updates. I will try to install new windows. This is my PC in ful...
