Hello, I recently purchased the F1 23 game. When I start the game, I usually play for around five minutes before my computer crashes and my two monitors disconnect. In the Event Viewer, I don’t see any indicators of the problem. It also occurred once while I was working on a Word document, though I’m not sure if it’s the same issue. I’ve already reinstalled the game, verified the file integrity, updated my BIOS, and reinstalled Windows along with all graphics drivers. Still nothing resolves it.

My system specs are: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 xt, AMD Radeon RX5700xt, VENGEANCE® LPX 16GB DDR4 (3200MHz), Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2 (rev 1.1), CoolerMaster PSU MWE Bronze 230V V2, and storage includes two WD Blue SN570 1TB drives and one 1TB Toshiba hard drive (WDC WD10EARS-00Y5B1).

I’m looking for someone who can assist with this issue.

Restart the BIOS, enable RAM without XMP, use standard speeds. Just notice the R5 3600 is struggling with the 3200 RAM, and it seems like something is going wrong (thanks for the feedback).
