Consider restarting into Safe Mode for an accurate scan. https://www.malwarebytes.com/ You should also update your passwords for email and Discord accounts, and ensure two-factor authentication is active. Run your legitimate antivirus software as an administrator to allow it access. Operating in Safe Mode should grant the necessary permissions.

They understand this well since even a decent malware usually includes a keylogger. Either you implement it correctly or risk everything being compromised.
