I saw a device named Linux File-Stor Gadget USB Device showing up in Task Manager. No new hardware has been connected, it isn’t listed in Disk Management, and Windows treats it as an unrecoverable 0MB MBR drive. What options do I have? I’m using Windows 11. Also, when trying to defragment a drive, an unsupported hard disk volume appears and the File-Stor feature doesn’t show up.
Do you have any DJI equipment? This could help—here’s a link: https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=view...tid=135981. It seems there might be an issue with the DJI Drone software not working well on Windows 10.
Not sorry for the necro-commenting, but for anyone encountering this problem: The Quest 2 (by... Meta now I think) can cause the phantom drive to show up on your PC whenever you connect it through an official or unofficial link cable and the device is in developer mode. Just unplugging the headset will hide the drive from Windows Explorer.
