Hello, your new PC is showing poor performance. I see the issue might be with the CPU. The specs you provided are solid, but if you're struggling with frame rates, it could be related to the processor speed or workload. Let me know if you want help checking any settings or upgrading components.

GPU drivers current? Yes, at least (Adrenalin 22.11.2 suggested). Some new versions might cause issues. CPU and GPU temperatures? Check. For Windows 11, use F15 BIOS because it contains AMD AGESA V2 1.2.0.7 which resolves fTPM stuttering in Windows 11.

My GPU drivers are current, I even upgraded my chipset, but I haven’t updated the BIOS yet. I’ll do it now and check if it resolves any issues. Thanks.

The BIOS upgrade probably won’t improve your frame rate, so we should focus on temperatures and other software issues.

Find the issue here. Obtain a display. The CPU is overloading the GPU, causing it to enter energy-saving modes.

It was recently constructed. You've just activated it and begun using it for a couple of weeks, noticing some problems now. Is the XMP feature turned on? Have you executed HWINFO during gameplay to monitor temperatures and voltage levels while under stress?

Really? In some games (except apex) it could slow down to about 7%, which is almost a single frame.
