Hey everyone, I understand Xcom 2 isn't the most optimized version, but my stutter and FPS drops seem pretty significant. Anyone have ideas on what might be causing these problems? Maybe there are solutions we can explore. I've attached the MSI Afterburner graphs from gameplay both in-game and online.

Details: Power settings are High Performance; drivers are current (Nvidia 391.01); no SSD; temperatures are normal; specs include GTX 1070 Gaming X, I7 7700K, 16GB RAM at 3000Mhz, 1TB WD Blue, CTG-750c PSU at 750W, Z270X-UD3 board.
