I manage to reproduce this consistently after restarting and opening the YouTube page. It also happened once when I adjusted a setting in my NVidia control panel, but I couldn't recreate it. I'm not sure what's causing this issue now. Recently, I received a new motherboard and CPU, and everything seemed fine until this occurred. Even though my previous board was problematic, this never happened before. Apart from that, there have been no other issues. I'm connected to a Q990C soundbar via EARC, while the GPU uses HDMI to the TV. I'm set to Dolby Atmos in my sound settings, and all audio enhancements are turned off.
It's worth mentioning that you might observe changes in pitch or tone of the buzz when I receive a notification for GHUB DPI in the bottom right corner. That could be useful information. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Have you reinstalled your operating system?
Could you tell me the BIOS version you're using for your motherboard? I'd also like to know if you can manually uninstall the audio drivers and reinstall them via an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting "Run as Administrator."
Using DDU to remove all GPU drivers, then manually reinstalling in the method described earlier might help.
Also, could you mention the make and model of your power supply unit? Please include its age as well.

I'm using BIOS version 7E12v182. I reinstalled my operating system entirely and formatted both SSDs, since there was no saved data on my old PC that was in danger.
The power supply is an MSI MPG a1000G PCIE5, which is quite old.
I plan to do the same thing.
