Not compatible with overclocking, especially under such high temperatures. Likely the mounting is faulty or the thermal paste isn't working properly. Even with a decent thermal paste, these temps usually cause issues unless you remount and reapply. Some rad mounts have incorrect dimensions and can't apply pressure correctly—can you try another rad? Do you have any other stock coolers available? In the worst case, the CPU might fail completely. You could also adjust the case's air settings. P.S. I once had an AMD FX CPU with pre-applied paste that behaved like a cheese—thermal throttling was severe, causing crashes and blue screens before Windows 7 even loaded. I swapped it for a cheap paste at a local store and got solid temps, even after overclocking without liquid cooling.

I suggest a single exhaust fan positioned at the rear with the rest of the intake arranged accordingly. This setup should promote a beneficial airflow, allowing hot air to exit through any available opening.
