You mentioned a case with 92C rating, which is quite high but not considered dangerous.
Did you secure the cooler correctly? The current temperature is quite high during idle. If you can, adjust it slightly to tighten it. Also, was there any chance you increased the clock speed? Could you share your case details?
It seems the cooling system isn't functioning properly—maybe the airflow is blocked inside the case. Check if the cooler is correctly installed. The fan arrangement should direct air through the vents efficiently.
You won't need to replace the thermal paste when you reinstall the cooler.
Both fans inside the case are designed to expel air from the case, often labeled with terms like "negative pressure."
