Performing a fresh installation of 10 will resolve the issue after the upgrade.

I previously encountered an issue where the progress stopped at 1% and I had to reinstall Windows 8.1 to reach 10%. I recall doing that last time and fixing it, but I'm hesitant about reinstalling again now. Perhaps it's best to wait and observe how things develop.

Ensure Chrome is fully closed and check its current memory consumption.

Your memory consumption was consistent across Edge, Mozilla and Firefox. With multiple tabs open, your RAM usage remained stable at around 30%. Your system's available RAM is approximately 16 GB.

Currently it's performing well, staying below 40%. Playing games like MGS5 keeps my total RAM usage under 5GB, which is quite good.

Thanks for the update. It looks like you're managing well—around 35% complete so far. You're using Chrome, Steam Skype, and VLC, with about 3GB of RAM.
