Check if your system is downloading files without your notice, like updates, by using Task Manager’s Network section. Look for unusual activity over time.

I switched to a different Wi-Fi adapter on another computer, and the issue disappeared. I then purchased a new adapter (TP-Link Ax3000) and it functioned properly. Now I noticed my ping increased significantly when under heavy load, reaching nearly 1000ms. I already ordered a replacement router to check if that was the cause, but this problem occurs with all devices. It's also happening on my Archer A7 and we have fiber internet.
