Extreme overclocking of the Pentium G3258
I purchased a Pentium G3258 for my budget gaming PC, aiming for a solid 4GHz overclock. However, it fails to maintain that speed, even at the highest voltage settings. At most 1.4V, only around 3.8GHz is achievable, and reaching 4GHz consistently is impossible. 3.9GHz occasionally works but remains highly unstable. The system stalls at 17 minutes for AIDA64. Can I assist in improving its performance?
The issue is that my mobile can only provide 1.4V, which sets the maximum frequency for me at 3.9GHz with this chip. I attempted 4.5GHz but it didn't work at all.
