Lately, when I launch Fortnite, everything functions smoothly until I enter real combat. Then my PC becomes extremely slow—response times stretch to seconds for both controls and mouse. Is this a CPU issue? I own a 12100f, but it usually works fine otherwise. Could the problem be related to my Wi-Fi? I typically have high speeds (around 400 Mbps upload, 200 Mbps download). Maybe that’s unrelated to ping. I’m not sure how to check for ping in Fortnite either. I also switched to Wi-Fi 6 (or something similar on the B660 Aorus Master DDR4 board), but I’m still unfamiliar with the setup. Please assist me.

That's plain wifi6. Not that 6E is that useful for towers unless they have line of sight to the access point

Check if your ping increases during the input lag period. Metrics in Fortnite settings can monitor ping effectively.

Absolutely, I'm confident it is there. But I haven't located the metrics in Fortnite settings yet.

It seems the HUD settings are activating "Net debugg stats" or a similar feature.
