I achieved 4.7ghz all cores at 1.264V, and it worked with IBT using the high preset. Should I try Prime? Also, I noticed something unusual: hwmonitor and cpu-z reported a vcore of 1.264, while in the BIOS it was set to 1.275. Is there a reason for this discrepancy?

Prime 95, Small FFT, AVXs Off, focuses more on thermal stability rather than voltage stability. The stress it imposes is significant, yet it behaves differently from benchmarks like Cinebench R20 or Asus Realbench(V 2.56), which are designed for evaluating Vcore stability. Vdroop and Load Line Calibration are handled at the hardware level through Vroop, which cannot be disabled.

Ok I will test it with prime95, cinebench passed well. In BIOS I set LLC on level 3 (1-5), is it ok in your opinion?

It was only a single run; I plan to try it with an infinite loop, thank you for your assistance. I'm also considering removing the CPU.
