Staying idle between 50 and 60 is quite typical nowadays. My i7 runs around 55 to 60 during idle. It seems like either a good AIO or something not too reliable.

It's typical Since idle temperatures aren't a concern when loads stay stable. Also, Ryzen can vary in performance even at idle.

When the heatsink becomes warm, it indicates it is successfully removing heat from the CPU. Its purpose is to dissipate warmth, which is why it is called a heatsink.

I made contact with the heatsink and it doesn’t seem excessively hot, aside from the voltage reading of 1.439. I’m unsure if this is typical; I’m just checking to identify the issue.
