No, the Event and System Log do not record any errors during the freezing period.

Here are some links to solutions for freezing Windows 10. If these don’t work, the issue might be with your hardware like a bad SSD, RAM, or power supply.

There are recurring issues like errors, warnings, and criticals. One repeated message says the CldFlt service couldn't start because the request isn't supported. Other alerts mention forced shutdowns, except for a warning about an Ethernet connection dropping. It seems the first error might be the main cause, possibly linked to the device manager change.

It seems connected to a driver issue. If it's an update from the developers, it probably isn't the problem since I experienced crashes before reinstalling. I checked my system memory with a test and found nothing wrong. What might be causing this?

Did any adjustments get made to the system prior to the initial occurrence?

I didn't realize I had activated it without logging in. When I returned, it was stuck on that frozen screen with the clock and background. It seems it might be a hardware issue rather than a third-party app. I'm unsure how to verify this.

Crystal Disk Info assists in retrieving drive statistics (S.M.A.R.T. metrics) and temperatures via Speccy (Piriform site). Consider adjusting BIOS settings for load defaults, then restart safely and check for stability.

I performed the task, CrystalDiskInfo reports both drives are functioning well with the SSD at 99% capacity. All temperatures remain within normal ranges. I set the default BIOS configurations and cleared registry errors using CCleaner. I’ll revise this entry if another crash occurs. EDIT: Crashed again as expected UGHGHGHG
