Extreme Fixed Value and Ongoing Cooling
Extreme Fixed Value and Ongoing Cooling

Hello, Your computer freezes after roughly ten minutes of operation, requiring constant power button use until it stops. I've checked for antivirus and malware, but nothing was detected. After reinstalling Windows (keeping everything on a secondary drive), the problem persists! I searched online but didn't find any solutions. What should I do? Thanks for your help Edit: Happened again

It seems like your issue occurs when the connection drops due to freezing. Check your settings or try restarting the adapter. If the problem persists, let me know more details.
Mouse still works, but not sure about drive being masked b/c I've never been able to get task manager up. I have it up now and will tell you when it freezes again in a sec
I recently encountered a similar problem on my Windows 10 laptop. It was the only one affected. The system would freeze, the mouse remained functional, but I couldn't launch new programs or access the start menu. After a few minutes, it would restart partially—usually within 5 to 10 minutes. In my case, disabling "Show Me Tips About Windows" from the Settings menu resolved the issue.
