03-25-2016, 04:38 PM #1Hello, Your computer freezes after roughly ten minutes of operation, requiring constant power button use until it stops. I've checked for antivirus and malware, but nothing was detected. After reinstalling Windows (keeping everything on a secondary drive), the problem persists! I searched online but didn't find any solutions. What should I do? Thanks for your help Edit: Happened again (((

I recently encountered a similar problem on my Windows 10 laptop. It was the only one affected. The system would freeze, the mouse remained functional, but I couldn't launch new programs or access the start menu. After a few minutes, it would restart partially—usually within 5 to 10 minutes. In my case, disabling "Show Me Tips About Windows" from the Settings menu resolved the issue.
