Ensuring your bios are updated helps with problems such as these. Have you turned on the re-size bar, XMP support, and 4G decoding even if they aren’t directly related to your issue?

I refreshed my BIOS and let it run for roughly eight hours; it seems those configurations were already set in ASUS. Unfortunately, the memory consumption remains very high and isn’t being cached—just constantly active with no storage.
