Hi everyone, this is my first post but I've dealt with this problem for a while now and it's really annoying. I'm using a ThinkPad P1 Gen 5 with an external USB C docking station that connects to two Asus 1080p monitors. When I try to play videos on platforms like HBOMax, Netflix, Disney+, or Spotify, the preview gray screens appear on both. It seems to work fine with YouTube though. If I unplug and plug it back in, the issue disappears. I've experienced this before on my previous laptop and docking setup too, and I thought a new dock would help but it didn't. Any advice or tips would be super helpful.
