PC with AMD 5 2600, RTX 2070, 2x 8 GB RAM at 3000MHz. There are significant performance drops, low frame rates, and frequent crashes after a fresh Windows 10 install.

which game is this? have the settings and driver been updated? is the operating system current? which background processes are active? is the RAM speed matching your expectations? did you perhaps overlook enabling XMP? what clock speed is being used?

Fortnite, league of legends. Fortnite on low, league of legends medium. Current GeForce driver. Latest Windows update available only for Fortnite and internet. Unknown about RAM and CPU speeds.

I added xmp, highest frequency, and it began crashing every two minutes even without playing any games.

If you turn off XMP, the device will no longer support that feature.
