Prior to the update, the task manager consistently reported a boot time under ten seconds, though the loading icon took a long time to start. I attempted to disable Fast Boot, but it didn’t resolve the issue. I shut down and restarted my PC using a stopwatch. During the BIOS setup, I spent one minute forty-five minutes checking the logo screen, then waited ten more seconds before the Windows logo appeared without the loading indicator. I forgot to record another lapse when the icon showed up, but soon after I was logged in. The entire process took three minutes and fifty-five seconds. There seems to be a problem. Also, the last recorded BIOS time was 105.5 seconds. I’ll try enabling Fast Boot Specs again: CPU i7-4790k, GPU ASUS STRIX GTX 1080, RAM Hyper X Genesis 1600MHz, motherboard Asus Maximus VII Ranger, SSD SanDisk Ultra II 960GB, soundcard Asus Essence STX II, PSU Seasonic 650W, fans included.

It looks like OneDrive reinstalled itself following the Fall update. I’ll make sure to remove it completely again.

Hi! I’m upset because this keyboard lacks a menu button, unlike models such as G810.

I don’t understand its purpose, so I’m fine with going back to the subject. I’d consider turning off things like Discord, especially if they’re not essential.

Discord plays a significant role but I'm willing to give it a shot.

I'm not sure... you just mentioned your issue again. It's unclear what else is involved with Task Scheduler. If your system is UEFI ready, it should boot in about 10 seconds from power on, fully loaded (with auto-login), starting from shutdown. This is what you'd expect for a normal startup: your A/V, possibly some keyboard/mouse apps, and OneDrive, maybe another thing. It's not clear why the rest matters.

I’m planning to remove OneDrive soon. To make sure the sound card functions, several programs need to be running. Also, my computer sometimes starts in just 10 seconds but other times it takes much longer. I haven’t noticed any clear pattern yet.

You disconnected all peripheral devices except your 4G modem and keyboard.
