You have a decent 100mbps connection but a weak router and limited coverage. Your third-floor room gets only partial signal, which affects performance. Consider checking for obstacles, adjusting router placement, or using a Wi-Fi extender to boost the signal across your home.

Have you considered moving to the 2.4Ghz band network, often labeled as 3G in settings? It's slower yet offers a longer reach. I've experimented with Wi-Fi extenders but haven't had much success. (I experienced disconnections of 2-3 per hour.) Another solution could be installing an Ethernet cable directly to the router. Most users are fine with it running through a wall or area with minimal foot traffic.

WiFi providers refer to it as 3G WiFi even though it operates on the 2.4GHz frequency. This isn't about mobile networks at all. In the images you shared, they include terms like 3G and 5G in their names despite running on 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. Both WiFi and mobile technologies face reduced range and penetration compared to traditional 2.4GHz and 3G mobile signals.
