Hey everyone, I'm kind of confused about whether this is on the right forum. Actually, I just downloaded something new and it won't start all the way through. I have to stop it and restart it manually. Can someone tell me how to make sure it doesn't get stuck and keep going?

It's just a random little app. If you don't remember its name, I'd suggest removing it and starting over with a new operating system.

I was writing about something else, but now I have another problem. A random program has stopped letting me stop or cancel things that need to happen. Why does it block those actions? Can I change the rules so my program can pause or continue running when it should?

If you don't know what this random program is called, just delete it from your computer and start over with a new operating system.
