I’m on a budget and planning to build a pc with these components: RTX 2070, Ryzen 5 3600X, MSI Mag Forge 100r.
1) Would this setup be feasible?
2) If yes, I’d like a budget-friendly motherboard under £60 that still works well.
3) Are there any components I’m overlooking?
4) What frame rate should I expect at the lowest settings?
Also, any advice on second-hand or new parts to consider?

What is the highest amount you're willing to spend on every required component? Including power supply, case, graphics card, CPU, cooler (unless it comes with the CPU), motherboard, RAM, Windows, drives, and possibly fans. I’d look for a couple of online stores where you can purchase these items. You might want to check a few websites for parts. I think the CPU is likely the most valuable part to buy secondhand if you can find a trustworthy source. They tend to be very durable. The motherboard could be the hardest to find in good condition. Make sure the power supply is of good quality.

I suggest the RX 6600, it's affordable compared to others and it can handle most games at 1080p 60 fps if you're okay with playing on that resolution.
