Can anyone assist me with this straightforward problem? I'm attempting to launch Black Ops CW in DX11 (instead of DX12) via the BattleNet command line arguments. I've added "-d3d11" in the BOCW game settings, but when I start the game it still appears to be running in DX12 (the MSI AB overlay shows "D3D12"). Both the BOCW and BattleNet apps are configured with Admin privileges.

You might prefer running under DX11 to ensure compatibility, and it's important to verify the "Additional Command Line Arguments" option.

Yes, the screen capture confirms what your Command Line arguments indicate: the "Additional Command Line Arguments" box is selected and "-d3d11" is entered in another field. It doesn't matter why you prefer DX11, but since you asked, performance issues under the default DX12 are noticeable.
