Hello! Your computer's operating system appears to be acting strangely, but standard antivirus tools aren't detecting any threats. The start button feels sluggish initially, then becomes unresponsive after a couple of hours, and File Explorer doesn't open at all. Task Manager restarts everything fine. Malwarebytes and Windows Defender also show no activity. It seems the Action Center is likely the first component to fail. What could be causing this?

Execute Ccleaner, JRT and adwcleaner; they may assist and likely will. Links provided: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download https://www.malwarebytes.org/junkwareremovaltool/ http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/
