Hey everyone... I'm having trouble again after my friend changed his laptop and removed some unnecessary apps. It seems to be happening unexpectedly. Got any suggestions? Thanks!

Here are the installed programs on the PC. Some may still be present in the registry, which could be leading to Explorer crashes.

Inspect the event viewer after a crash to see detailed crash information, likely including an error code. It should be found under either the application or system section.

Apologies for the delayed response. Thank you for the details—I'll attempt it next time my friend brings his laptop to class.
