You can check all automatically launched programs by opening Task Manager and looking for startup entries. To disable unwanted ones, you can use the Control Panel or third-party tools to remove them from startup. Open Task Manager, select Startup, then click on items you wish to prevent and choose Disable.

When I have some free time during summer, I plan to reinstall Windows anyway since I expect to replace the SSD soon.
