Hey there! Just got a new GPU and thought about recording gameplay. I’m curious—does using shadowplay really affect performance? Also, does GeForce Overlay impact frame rates? Thanks!

I've always struggled to recognize the changes in shadowplay, it's incredibly subtle.

It varies based on your equipment and recording goals. If saving to a physical drive, mechanical drives can cause delays. On a 4 GB memory card, you might face minor issues. Usually performance drops between 0% and 10%, though it's often closer to zero. I'm covering all bases here.
