Hi there! It's great you're reaching out about your gaming experience. I've noticed similar issues with frame drops and stuttering on my laptop, especially in games like Fallout New Vegas. I'm trying to figure out how to resolve this on my i7 with GTX 860M. It's frustrating since it happens randomly and affects performance across different titles. I'd really appreciate any advice or help you can offer. Thanks!

Micro-stutter usually stems from brief CPU delays instead of GPU issues. Are you adjusting the power supply? This enables both the CPU and GPU to run at peak performance.

I'm constantly connected, VSync disabled in-game. Checked HWMonitor for details.

The UC category refers to the utilization level, indicating how much of the processor's capacity is being used. It helps track performance and efficiency across different tasks. The limit of 50% suggests the system is operating within a typical range for stability and resource management. Each core functions independently, but understanding the UC category clarifies why usage stays consistent.
