The top improvement without changing the motherboard would be a 6700K/6700 upgrade. I'm not sure if the VRM will support it. Switching to an 1650S might actually be more suitable for streaming because of the added NVENC encoder.

Your system doesn’t need a CPU upgrade right now. It’s usually around $200 for those models, and there are cheaper, newer options like Ryzen 3100 or i3 10100f available. Switching would also require a new motherboard, but you’d still be competing with similar prices while getting a more modern platform. Even then, performance won’t improve much—current CPUs struggle with streaming quality, and a 6-core setup is the minimum you’ll need. You could offload encoding to your GPU, though that won’t give great results, and the AMD encoder isn’t very reliable. Still, it would let you stream at 1080p or 60fps without major hassle.
