You have plenty of download speed available and recall using others' connections before. To share your WiFi safely, keep it private, limit the rate, and ensure content is appropriate.

Set up a unified access point and edge router. Use these to create a guest network with a web filter and a separate VLAN that isolates it from your main network.

Hey there. You’ll want to configure Untangle to block all web traffic and exclude every IP except your public router’s address. That should handle the filtering. UniFi offers strong wireless management compared to Linksys, Asus, or Synology setups. I’m not sure if you can fully isolate public Wi-Fi from other devices on the router, so you might need to set up a rule in Untangle that prevents any interaction between that device and others. It’s probably safest to do both for peace of mind.
