The make and model is the one Xfinity gave me. It is the one pictured below. The xfinity website says its "Arris Group, Inc TG3482G" and serial #14C03E67FDAA. I do have Netgear AC1900 Wifi Cable Modem Router Model: C7000v2 that I was using previously, but when I switched to a higher data speed with Xfinity, for some reason it wasn't reaching the speeds that the Xfinity modem was producing and couldn't figure out why.
