The main difference is the middle section where connectors are absent. On the prebuilt, the right side is shorter than the left. The Omen 30L desktop GT13-0xxx model seems to fit your setup.
You must use a DDR4 motherboard with 288-pin DIMM slots. It's unclear how long DDR4 will last given the shift toward DDR5, but you can transition from older Ryzen models to newer ones or from Intel’s 6th generation to today’s offerings.

It's best to go with any chipset that supports DDR4. DDR5 might not be affordable or widely available for a long time, so DDR4 will likely work for you in the near future.
