I just linked my Sony 55-inch 4K X90F television to an older gaming computer with the following specifications: Intel Core i5 2500K overclocked at 4.8 GHz, 16GB of G-Skill Sniper RAM, and an Nvidia GTX 1060 Amp Edition with 6GB of VRAM. I attempted to play games like *Assassin's Creed Odyssey*, *Origins*, and *Shadow of War* at 1080p resolution, using VSync enabled and Nvidia Panel Adaptive VSync turned on, but I’m still experiencing screen tearing. I've tried numerous solutions without success and am unsure of how to resolve this issue. All games are configured with graphical settings limited to 60FPS, which I've set due to my graphics card’s capabilities, and FRAPS is enabled to monitor frame rates. These games consistently run within the 55-60 FPS range. Could you please offer any suggestions, guidance, or assistance in addressing this problem? Thank you.

Display and graphics cards can be temperamental devices. I recommend exploring the television's menu options to investigate refresh rate adjustments. There were no precise figures available for the x90f’s refresh rate.

Television and graphics cards can sometimes be temperamental. I recommend exploring the TV’s configuration options to check for refresh rate adjustments. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to locate precise refresh rate data for the x90f model.

As an Android television, I haven’t discovered any settings related to refresh rate – however, it has a 120Hz display panel according to the manufacturer’s specifications, capable of handling resolutions up to 1080p at 120 frames per second and 4K at 60 frames per second.
