I’m not experiencing any problems with my computer freezing or similar issues anymore. However, I’ve noticed something unusual—when I rearrange the fan cables, they won’t power up again. After resetting the CMOS, it starts working fine. I can revert all my BIOS settings to their original configuration and it boots normally. I’ve restarted the machine several times and moved it around without any issues; only when I change the fan cable arrangement do problems arise.

Turning off the global C-state control resolved the issue, but under heavy CPU usage it caused another crash.
