I've noticed around 30 fps in my usual games (Genshin Impact, Rocket League, and CODMW2) even though I haven't adjusted anything on my PC. I've checked all updates and settings, but it still doesn't improve. My fan stops briefly then kicks back up—could that be related? I'm using a Ryzen 7 3700X, B450 Steel Legend, and a 3060 Ti graphics card.

Did you verify the CPU temperatures? It might be malfunctioning. Also, look at the clock speed it's operating at—consider using Ryzen Master instead of Task Manager.

Is your system acting strangely? It might be something hidden in the background. Consider running a malwarebytes scan to check.

CPU usage appears normal. A brief test on COD showed peak times in the 70s.

Revert the latest Windows updates. Another user encountered the same problem, and undoing the newest patches resolved it.

Reapplied thermal paste, adjusted settings, reinstalled drivers, re-seated GPU and RAM. Performed a fresh Windows installation.
