Experiencing stuttering, frame time fluctuations, and similar issues in my new RTX 2070 during gameplay.
From the outset, I’ve encountered a significant stuttering issue across all of my games. Initially, I suspected that the problem stemmed from specific game titles – such as Assassin's Creed Origins and Shadow of the Tomb Raider – however, after extensive testing, it became apparent that the problem persisted in almost every game I’ve played. I've attempted numerous solutions found online, including updating drivers, running memory tests with Memtest86+, enabling and disabling XMP profiles, performing a fresh Windows installation, disabling all Microsoft background applications, clearing the RAM cache, and conducting a full system scan using Malwarebytes. Despite these efforts, I’m still struggling with the problem and am considering returning the graphics card. Even if a replacement card doesn’t resolve the issue, I remain concerned.
System Specifications:
CPU: i5 8600K @4.5 GHz at 1.25 volts with LLC medium (and I’ve even tested it without overclocking) (Ran 12 hours of Prime95 with this OC)
RAM: Corsair 8GB (2x4) at 3200MHz
Motherboard: Z390 Aorus Elite
SSD: 250GB Samsung EVO Boot Manager
HDD: 160GB Hitachi, 2TB WD Blue
Graphics Card: Aorus RTX 2070 Xtreme
