Experiencing stuttering and pauses while playing Fortnite
Hey, I've been testing Fortnite and noticed it freezes for just two seconds no matter the settings. There are also big frame drops when rotating the camera. I'm using a mid-range setup: an i7-4790K, Nvidia 980 Ti, 6GB RAM, and 16GB storage. Once I get home, I'll share more details about temperatures and background processes. Any advice would be really helpful!
I've noticed the same on Fortnite this last day or two. Same as you, with stuttering and large frame drops. It does seem to improve the longer I play, what about you? Usually, when it has happened in the past, it goes back to normal in a few days, and I don't know if there's much you can do in the meantime. So, hopefully, you'll find it suddenly goes back to normal.
