Initially, my devices had connectivity problems that required several troubleshooting steps, including removing RAM and GPU multiple times. During that time, I noticed unusual sounds from my PC, though I wasn't sure what they were. Once I resolved the peripheral issues and logged into the main screen, opening Task Manager took longer than usual after a restart. I started playing osu, which is a lighter game, but it began stuttering again. I updated my graphics drivers and adjusted the resolution with V-sync enabled, yet the problem continued. What should I do next?
