I see, I misunderstood earlier. The problem started after updating the firmware, but the issue persists. When playing CS:GO and using offline maps with bots, the game would freeze right before loading, requiring a restart. Clearing the CMOS battery helped temporarily, but lag remains during video playback and when opening apps or launching games. It seems there might be something missing in the BIOS settings.

I just ran it a couple more times and it kept crashing. The motherboard was showing numbers 34,35,36 in the debug menu. I could hear some noise but the screen would freeze completely—can't use Alt+Tab or anything. Eventually the sound stopped and all my monitors turned black before the PC restarted.

I tried a different approach last night using a smaller GPU that could fit in the lower slot. It worked without issues. When I moved it back to the top slot, the problems returned. I suspect the lower slot might be damaged, causing the crashes.
