It's a gradual decline. I checked it using my laptop, and performance dropped when both devices reached 5GB each.
It makes no sense at all. I ended up in a discussion with them once more, and they simply told me directly, "we highly recommend upgrading your plan." Thanks for the advice and for chatting about this. I can't handle talking to someone who reads from a script and doesn't adapt.
I don’t use a VPN, but it’s fine. Because my friend nearby doesn’t face this problem and has a better plan, the best solution is to upgrade.
It's entirely reasonable for an ISP to impose caps on basic plans, yet it's unfair to hide these rules from customers.
They've never even hinted at it, despite me sharing my concerns repeatedly. Their responses always circle back with more questions instead of addressing the issue. It feels like they're trying to push me further or keep me from reaching out again. I'm convinced they're using this process to wear me down. If I stay, I risk burning out and giving up, or I'll just switch plans. As you've seen before, they simply told me their plan is the best choice.
