The goal is still out of reach. I'm facing challenges meeting the expected performance, such as struggling to exceed 40fps in Helldivers 2 with low settings, only 20fps in Kingdom Come Deliverance on low settings while running at 1440p. The system specs include an AMD Ryzen 7 5800x3d, MSI B450 motherboard, Corsair memory modules, ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro SSD, RTX 4070 graphics card, a new case, and a new power supply.

Have you tried DDU before adding graphics drivers? I'm open to giving it a shot.

Yeah, there's something strange going on in the beginning of the test: If DDU did not help, perhaps you have a spare drive to do a clean Windows install and test it there? Because it should look like something like:
